Support for booting Linux with an initrd/initramfs #564

https://github.com/confidential-containers/td-shim/blob/main/doc/tdshim_spec.md#payload-loading mentions loading an optional initrd.img, but as far as I can see this is not yet supported in the code. Are there any plans to implement support for this?
