When you install the operator, the confidential containers directory (/opt/confidential-containers) is still left on the system (although the directory is empty).

Alongside the fix, let's enable a checking on the tests. See https://github.com/confidential-containers/operator/blob/main/tests/e2e/operator_tests.bats#L31
