It looks like it's possible conda-build long-paths-on-windows issue might be fixable, even with the current 13.0.0 version, by rebuilding with a suitably-recent rust:

Testing here: conda-forge/verapdf-feedstock#2 (will rekick once CDN is happy)

This did not fix the conda-build issue 😿 But it was rebuilt, and seems about 50% smaller on the wire as a .conda, so at least there's that.
