We are experiencing an issue of mixed packages from different channels in our own CIs. Trying to fix it. For now you can rely on only defaults for the GIS stack. That won't give you the latest packages available on conda-forge but will deliver a stable environment. I'll report back here as soon as the problem is fixed. #169
