After reading #16. Current Windows packages do not provide the Fortran bindings.

I'd be happy to try, but I'd need some guidance on what the recommended strategy is:

  • Uncommenting that line in meta.yaml? Seems too easy :)
  • Migrating to msys2 compilers? Drafted here.
