What is your problem/feature request?

I'm attempting to merge this pull request: #19726 However, no matter how many times I agree to the CLA, the pull request still shows "Pending — Contributor License Agreement is not signed yet."

Hi! Thanks a lot! usually this means that the CLA assistant is looking for an unexpected user.
In your case, the PR commit shows

brycec-invenco authored and bryce-cahill

I'm guessing you are signing from one user but the CLA expects the other. My suggestion would be to, if you don't want the hassle of switching over, to force-push using your desired user and check again :)
