Protanopia & Deuteranopia mode uses same color for added code and collapsed code

Hello! Protanopia & Deuteranopia mode is awesome!
However, I noticed the colors used for both the new code highlight and the collapsed code blocks are similar/the same.

This makes code reviewing harder than it could be.
