Utility requires write access to folder

Fabulous little utility that does what it says on cover!
We have one issue/feature request. Currently the method requires write access to the folder to copy the utility and create the CSV/XLSX files.
If there was a path field on the main window, this would not be required.
I am going to have a go at contributing, but I have minimal experience with PowerShell and Github, so please take anything I've done as a beginner's efforts.
Feel free to correct/guide/comment/etc.

So I developed my changes and created an EXE using PS2EXE, but I don't know how to set up a compare of code, so I'll just leave the ZIP here
