I think it would be really helpful if the API would support the ability to send in a clan name and have a list of the clan members returned.

Key driver for this request:

I'd like to create a leaderboard app that will allow me identify a list clans that would like to compete with each other. The proposed RetrieveClanUsers would allow me to then tally the honor points for each clan member and then display an aggregate score and display it in a leaderboard. I was also thinking that eventually I would be able to even have timebound competitions where it would track total points earned by each clan during the duration of the event.

I'm not sure if you were already thinking about this, but I have a few teams that would love to be able to more directly compete with each other.
