Do my submitted tests stay stored somewhere?

Is there any functionality that let's me save my unit test, so that I can revisit them at a later point in time?

Kumite do that.

If you submit a solution, you can Fork it, which will give you a prepopulated kumite, but you can also start them from scratch.
