Git integrations for use personal IDE/Text editor

Hello, everybody!

The idea is integrate a temporary git repository for each kata. The user will can clone the repository and use the favorite IDE or favorite editor.

The steps will be:

1. Start the kata exercise.
2. A button to copy repository with a instructions for clone (for beginners, principally).
3. Clone the repository and coding the solution.
4. Commit the solution and push to remote repository.
5. finish the kata exercise.
