Working Directory for git-submodules step #46

The git-submodule step assumes that the current working directory is the main_clone repo (as it is on free=style steps).

But in typed-steps, the working directory is always /codefresh/volume.

We need to add an argument to the step, including the path to set as the working directory during the step execution.
