CI failure scenarios:

  • No explicit target coverage.
  • RCB configured is removals_only.
  • Unexpected changes detected

PR check status message:
Your project check has failed because the BASE coverage is higher than the HEAD. Please ensure the HEAD coverage is more or equal to the BASE coverage.
