ISSUE: GitHub app installation 1) banner update, and 2) CTA location update

Problem to solve

The GitHub app installation banner appears under username upon sign up.

• the link goes to https://github.com/apps/codecov, but could save user a click and go to https://github.com/apps/codecov/installations/select_target
• copy isn't crisp as to the benefits of GitHub app requirements / need

Other issue the the GItHub installation button is initially hidden in the drop down in cases there are multiple organizations.

Solutions

• in banner, the link goes to https://github.com/apps/codecov, but could save user a click and go to https://github.com/apps/codecov/installations/select_target
  • update copy for clarity in banner:

Enable status posts, comments, improved rate limit handling, and private repo management.

• in the org selector dropdown update location of CTA
• Investigation: how does this appear in self-hosted?
