ISSUE: user was configuring coverage, then bundle

Problem to solve

Mixed results, when some users finished up the GitHub app installation and found repo, they proceeded to start the steps based on the coverage page. They inadvertently did this thinking it would be to resolve bundle.

Observed p0 and p1 take this direction; though participants didn't have this challenge notably. It's worth noting that not every participant followed this pattern and that p2 and p5 identified the bundle tab and navigated there.
