Add a link to ORCID on the codechecker page

Before the list of checks, add a link to the ORCID profile of the codechecker.

The information should be found in the list of codecheckers at https://github.com/codecheckers/codecheckers/

The ORCID is a breakthrough item, if we have that, we can create more issues to add more fields easily. To me, GitHub handle, fields, and languages also make sense.
