cockroach-go/testserver currently downloads the latest build from the master branch. It should be downloading the latest release instead.

Hey. Any Update on this issue?
I use testserver package and it just auto-downloaded a beta build: v20.1.0-beta.4-1453-gc1abb272c9
link to the binary: https://edge-binaries.cockroachdb.com/cockroach/cockroach.darwin-amd64.c1abb272c94a437f1df9175fc30dc6a6729d3338
I've noticed it because my test suite took about x10 more time to run than it was yesterday.
