When someone first sees Cobalt, we want them to understand really what it is about beyond:
A collection of open data web APIs that allow you to interface with public information from the University of Toronto.
We need to keep in mind that some of Cobalt's users may not even know what a web API even is, or what it means to interface with open data.
We should create a step-by-step guide on how to create an example app using Cobalt's APIs. Something that is cool (and just almost practical) but won't take more than 10 minutes to set up and make.
Any ideas on language, what the app should be, etc?
