connection forcibly closed by remote host

Hi, I'm getting a connection failure which I never encountered before when I try to set proxy on my cellphone.
I have double checked the configuration in proxy setting on my cellphone, it was correct.
I have tried reset WLAN and proxy, also reboot main.exe and my computer.
Any clue on how this is happenning?

@cnnblike Is this triggering some bugs on the server?

I used Wireashark to track the tcp package and it seems malformed data is the reason.

Really wired though, I have used it several times in 2019 and it all worked fine.
