update code snippet samples

Update the code snippet samples/examples at the bottom of the export page. It currently showcases the old covidcast python and R packages; update it to use epidatr and delphi-epidata and/or epidatpy. This is probably not a super-high priority because much of the functionality of the export page will be taken over by the Signal Discovery app, including providing code snippet samples of its own.
