[BUG] Toggle Options Don't Recalculate

Describe the bug
When you toggle options in stethoscope it doesn't change the grade. Repo below doesn't have stars, sponsors, releases, or docs. When you unselect those I assumed you won't be graded on those criteria.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/impostorengineer/aoe-rank'
2. Click on 'Stethoscope'
3. Toggle options to change grading.
4. See error

Expected behavior
When you unselect an option I assumed you won't be graded on that criterion.
