[Feature Request] Make model selection free text

If the model selection would allow for free text, I could easily use Openrouter endpoints via

OPENAI_BASE_URL="https://openrouter.ai/api/v1"
OPENAI_API_KEY="sk-openrouter-key"

And then try different models.
