Due to a pair of bugs in the Linux kernel, the default
cpuCFSQuotaPeriodof 100ms leads to many kinds of workloads being improperly throttled. SettingcpuCFSQuotaPeriodto a smaller duration (recommended: 5ms to 20ms) can greatly reduce the impact of these bugs.references
