Search service marketplace within more fields than service name

Detailed Description

Currently the search box on the service marketplace enables only searching by service name. As the marketplace grows, it becomes useful to be search in other catalog fields such as:

• service fields: tags, short description, long description, provider display name
• service plan fields: service plan metadata.bullets, service plan display name

As the marketplace grows with a large number of services, searching by name is too limited, and matching services against some other fields becomes useful.

Possible Implementation

Enable search on all fields by default, and then offer users to search on specific fields either using a well known search syntax (see related #2956 ) or a dedicated search panel (possibly get some inspiration from github search https://help.github.com/articles/about-searching-on-github/#searching-using-a-visual-interface )

Hi @gberche-orange , we've got a downstream PR that adds the ability to search by text to fields other than the default (SUSE#185). I'd like to port this upstream and apply it to aid with this PR. It doesn't have the breadth of features requested but will help in the short term.
