Include Node.js 12.20.0 in nodejs-buildpack

Hi,

Node.js 12.19.0 introduced a bug which cause HTTP request to fail because the timeout is not handled correctly, which possibly affects many Node.js application on Cloud Foundry.

There is already a Node.js version 12.20.0 that fixes this issue.

Would it be possible to release a "hotfix" of the nodejs-buildpack that includes Node.js 12.20.0?

Node.js 12 has already been added by PR #263
