Noble ipv6 tests fail

currently there are some issues with are ipv4 tests which also run a basic ipv6 test

it seems to be related to the efi changes

ERROR - Agent exited with error: Running bootstrap: Setting up networking: Enabling IPv6 in kernel: Reading grub: Opening file /boot/grub/grub.cfg: open /boot/grub/grub.cfg: no such file or directory

i already removed the whole ipv6 enablement stuff as i still think we should have it enabled by default
