🚀 Feature Request: pre-compiled downloadable versions of wrangler 2 for apple silicon, linux, windows

Describe the solution

In all of the releases for wrangler 1.0, as seen her:

https://github.com/cloudflare/wrangler/releases

There are downloadable compiled binaries. I think it would be very helpful to speed up adoption if you also did that for wrangler 2, would save a lot of time and frustration for many potential developers.
