App name with spaces in for clap_app!

Currently the clap_app! macro doesn't accept an app name with spaces in it. It might be better to take a string expression before the => token.

Also, could we get crate_name! and crate_description! macros?

It's been quite a while since I've dug around in the clap_app! macro 😜 Let me see if this can be done in a non-breaking fashion and I'll post back here.
