e.g. AssertionError: File s1generate_stac_item.py already exist. Cannot convert notebook. when creating a grid-wrapper:

c3_create_gridwrapper -b s3kv_grid_wrapper -r us.icr.io/geodn -l DEBUG s1generate_stac_item.ipynb
