We don't use it anywhere and neither CF.

Other: Removed the obsolete `DropdownView#focusTracker`. Closes ckeditor/ckeditor5#6548.

MINOR BREAKING CHANGE: The `DropdownView#focusTracker` property has been removed as it served no purpose.
