Add more mouse events to mouse observer

📝 Provide a description of the new feature

The MouseObserver listens only to 'mousedown' event. However other features might need to listen to other events:

• 'mousemove', 'mouseup' and 'mouseleave' will be used for table selection and Table mouse selection UI/UX #6114.
• the above might be also needed for drag-and-drop support in the future

ps.: There's also a ticket for using those events in manual tests: #3924.
