Link license badge to project license

[cjolowicz]

The license badge should point to the project license (e.g. https://github.com/cjolowicz/cookiecutter-hypermodern-python-instance/blob/main/LICENSE) instead of the license template at opensource.org. Same as the link in the license section of the README.
