CUDA RTX 4090 and H100 support? #22

Hi veryfasttree team,

Just wonder whehter it can also support the most recent H100 GPUs, or RTX4090, sm 90 and 89 respectively.

GPU support is experimental and cannot guarantee improved performance. Moreover,
you can also compile yourself using USE_CUDA and CUDA_ARCH to support newer versions of CUDA.
