Describe the bug

There are 2 dashboard panels on Identity Access Management dashboard with the same dashboard panel name:

To Reproduce

Navigate to Identity Access Management dashboard and you can find the two dashboard panels with the same name as shown in the screenshot.

Please complete the following information

Desktop:
