Windows 7 support

Feel free to try this one off build with Windows 7 support. Just downgraded to Python 3.8. Was asked for a Win7 build a few times.

Don't expect any further updates since the future qt6 upgrade for apple silicon support doesn't support windows 7. At some point, we must give up the old to get the new.

I think the upgrade from qt5 to qt6 warrants a KCC v5.6.5 to v6.0.0 upgrade, not just a v5.7.0 upgrade. What do you think? Dropping Windows 7 support (and adding native macOS ARM).

Sure, this is a major upgrade.
I'll have a look at the docker image.
I left this problem on standby for too long

I'm also wondering if a tool like this wouldn't be a good idea for a new front end.

@darodi thanks for looking into docker, finalizing 6.0.0 would be nice.

Also, why do you think a new frontend is needed?
