When I pick a to recent time to scroll like http://irclogs.shortcircuit.net.au/%23crux-devel/latest.log.html#t09:11:40 or anything newer, highlight the line so it's visually easy to spot.

Second issue is

If the links are going to work at the seconds level can we display the time with seconds on each line.

  • [09:11]
  • [09:11:40]

On http://irclogs.shortcircuit.net.au/%23crux-devel/latest.log.html#t09:11:40
