Contributing Guidelines

First and foremost, thank you for creating this software! I've started using Cider and am wondering how or if technical contributions from the community are welcome. What are the guidelines for contributing (e.g., standard conventions, process for submitting changes to the core maintainers, etc.)? I'd love to try and get involved and would be happy to help write up a CONTRIBUTING file as well to encourage others to contribute to the project.
