Allow using LiveSplitOne through WebSockets #7

While autosplitting for LiveSplitOne is still in development it seems to be possible to perform basic tasks through a WebSocket although in the long run autosplitting should be done as wasm.

Given that this already uses a server connection to the legacy LiveSplit it seems somewhat easily to adapt.
There's a proof of concept also in python: https://github.com/mgolisch/lso-remote
