Move account specific settings

I think we should change the settings around a bit. Organize it like:

• Accounts:
  • username1
  • username2
  • Add account
• Look and feel:
  • Theme
  • Time format/display
  • Font size
  • Profile image size
  • Display name format
  • Source
• Notifications:
  • Refresh interval
  • What to notify for
  • Ringtone
  • Vibration
• Other:
  • VolScroll
  • Quote format
  • Download images
  • Auto refresh

When a user tabs on their account name it will take them to another menu view with:

• Customize lanes
• Remove account

Not sure I like this.
I actually like having settings on 1 page.

Also, we don't currently support different theme and alert per account...for good reason, it's tricky to code.

Maybe one for the longer term backlog?

I would like to see the settings specific to the user account be under an account specific page. I don't use notifications so I was unaware they aren't per account.
