Installed packages may break with major updates

Create choo app installs the latest packages by default. Tachyons v7 was released recently (accidentally?). However, it breaks create-choo-app (the style sheets do not get bundled). Because create-choo-app does not target specific versions, it may install major updates that break the applications.

Apologies for the confusion. I accidentally published the new major version prereleases without the beta tag 😱. I've unpublished them and correctly specified the beta tag, so fresh installs should correctly pulling in v4 now.
