Subject: [PATCH 12/46] Kill remaining 27 mutation survivors; compact tests
under line cap
Add direct-render success page test (thank_you_url in metadata) killing
the true->false mutant on line 68 and exercising the redirect/tokens
render paths (lines 108, 110, 125, 133, 145, 148, 155, 159, 169-173,
189-201, 223).
Add tokens-redirect test exercising the renderSuccessFromTokens path
(kills remaining redirect/tokens survivors).
Add unverifiable-session test (kills pending/none and logDebug removal
on lines 400, 432).
Add executeBatchReturningResults cache-non-invalidation test killing
both false->true mutants on client.ts:586.
Add getCachedRaw audit-loaded-key assertions killing s.loaded.add
removal mutants on raw-writes.ts:69 and 104.
Compact all existing tests to offset added lines; net growth under cap.

## Payment aggregate — safety behaviour (PR 1)
-*Origin: the first incremental step toward the `base/payment-aggregate` rewrite.
-That branch carries the full aggregate (owner-review cases, queued owner email,

New sales and existing payments are now resolved by different questions:
`getActivePaymentProvider()` / `isPaymentsEnabled()` gate new checkouts;

# Payment aggregate — accepted safety rules
These seven rules are the safety contract the payment aggregate must satisfy.

## 1. Failed checkout plus captured money becomes owner review with complete-or-refund choices

Subject: [PATCH 15/46] Delete dead loaded.add writes; kill client.ts mutants
syncStoredSetting and syncWrittenBatch added to CacheState.loaded,
but bumpSettingsVersion immediately after makes the next loadKeys
reset the cache, discarding those entries. The read-your-write path
uses the values map via getCachedRaw. CacheState.loaded and
load.ts:62 loaded.add are live and stay.
Add executeBatchReturningResults no-retry test in upstream-errors
killing client.ts:586 retryUpstream mutant. Add table-cache
invalidation assertion killing client.ts:586 invalidate mutant.

Subject: [PATCH 16/46] Move invalidation test to client suite; use CREATE
TABLE for bare DB
The invalidate=false mutant lives in client.ts:586, so the test must
be in the client mirror path (upstream-errors.test.ts). Use CREATE TABLE
instead of INSERT so the bare in-memory DB (no schema) succeeds and
the invalidation callback fires (or doesn't) on the settings table.

Subject: [PATCH 21/46] Extract failureDetail helper; separate specific log
assertions
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Extract failureDetail(result) = result.detail ?? result.error into
refunds.ts and use it at both webhook log sites (lines 136, 291).
Direct unit test with detail="" proves empty is preserved, killing
the ??→|| mutant.
Split unrecognized/unverifiable test into two with specific assertions
on 'unrecognized payment session' and 'unverifiable session' log
messages, killing the logDebug removal mutant.
Add empty-referer test asserting referer= not referer=none, killing
line 224 ??→||.
Record true equivalents with proofs: 110, 125, 310, 338, require-provider.
