Frotz and Nitfol don't load graphics from external Blorb files

You can provide an external Blorb file with graphics and sound resources on the command line to Frotz and Nitfol, but they don't display the graphics.

Nitfol wasn't compiled with sound/graphics support. This is fixed now.

But Frotz still doesn't do it. (It claims that you can pass an external Blorb file as a second command line argument, but it simply doesn't contain any code that does anything with it.)

Fixing Frotz to load external resource files is a new feature. We're not going to implement this for the first release.
