As a customer, I do not want my system to corrupt redis databases and refuse to come up after a DRBD or other disk full situation. I would like the system to notice the disk full situation, warn, and shutdown cleanly. This way, I can clean up and start back up without further incident.

Based on conversation at the server triage meeting, it seems that everyone is okay with this, but it needs testing and disk space needs to be configurable.

👍 pending amount of remaining disk space becoming a tunable.

The changes were moved over to: #171 <- closed since the changes were specific to the DRBD cluster.

It would be helpful to evaluate the need for this change in non DRBD cluster.
