Update to fetch data using GET /courses_user endpoint

Overview

On course and session pages, the frontend should fetch user session and course data from the new GET /courses_user endpoint and populate the state accordingly.

Blocked by this backend issue: chaynHQ/bloom-backend#720

Action Items

• Update the frontend to call the GET /courses_user endpoint on course and session pages.
• Add a matcher in the courseSlice to populate the state with the fetched data.
• Review for state changes in the UI.
• Include code comments.

if this issue is bloked by another BE issue , does it make sense to prepare the fetch using mockData ?
and as soon as the BE issue is resolved it can be shifted to the real data,

Yes, it makes sense to prepare the fetch using mockData first (which we include in the backend).
