是否可以在用户体系添加充值付费功能，以支付插件的形式。可以是订阅费用或按使用付费。

  1. 国际用户可以加密货币充值 Crypto Topup，然用可以直接OpenRouter付费。
  2. 用户可以通过USDT和USDC支付（稳定币）支付。
  3. 资金将直接发送给开发者（自行管理）。
