Open AI一直在增加新功能API, 如:

实时语音/文本API
Prompt缓存 (重要, 省钱)
Fine-Tuning (感觉这个挺重要的)
O1模型
Dall-E-3模型生成图片
蒸馏模型

希望能够适配这些功能.
