Chart.bundle.js file is not there

Can u pls add the dist directory to your repository. Would be much easier to integrate the plugin with e.g. Grunt to an app/page. Thx - Flo

@wesflo @dalvirsaini, Chart.bundle.js is not anymore available in the repository but you can access it from the GitHub release page, CDN or npm. Details about that change in this comment.
