dist folder missing

Since 2.2.0 release the dist folder is missing! In 2.1.6 it's there. I assume it's not on purpose, as it's not a major release.

bower install --save chartjs#2.1.6

We have restructured the repository so that there is no longer a dist folder. Please access Chart.js builds with a CDN or by downloading from the releases page or through npm (npm install chart.js --save). Installation information.
