  • Needs to be able to build the files
  • Would like it to publish to NPM as well
  • Should not do either of the above if tests fail
  • The CDN distribution should continue as it is now

Some initial work was done in #2552 which was temporarily reverted until the NPM / CDN stuff can be finalized
