Is it possible to get instant video stream

I have several outdoor and indoor Netatmo cameras.

As far as I understand this integration receives video stream from Netatmo servers which in my case results in ~10 sec delay between the real action and what is seen in HA.

At the same time Netatmo cameras are HomeKit enabled and there I see instant video stream without any delay which is perfect for garage door opening/closing for example. However this stream is probably encrypted and is not available to third party plugins.

Do you think it will be possible sometime to get real time local video stream from Netatmo cameras which can be shown in Home Assistant?

P.S. Is it at least possible to get an instant picture from the camera in HA to attach it to Telegram message?
